Basic Home Inspection Services
Fees are based on the Total Finished Living Area, or TFL, of the home.
Under 1500 sq. ft ............................ $275
1501 to 1999 sq. ft. .......................... $300
2000 to 2499 sq. ft. ......................... $325
2500 to 2999 sq. ft. .......................... $350
Over 3000 sq ft. .............................. Call for a quote
If there is an outbuilding that needs to be included in the inspection, for example a shed or barn, there will be an additional fee. Please contact us for a quote based on square footage and the complexity of the structure.
